Hello! And thank you for your interest in Nurturing the Mother: Cesarean Massage & Rehab for Health Care Professionals.
The virtual course is adapted for online learning, with approximately one hour devoted to technique review through demonstration and discussion. While there is no hands-on component, the course maintains the same clinical depth and framework.
Virtual participants are also invited into a WhatsApp group mentorship space for two weeks following the course, offering ongoing support, integration, and opportunities to ask questions as they begin applying the material in practice. We will have the Whatsapp cohort group between the beginning of first class, until the wrapup Q&A session available for each cohort.

Conception, Pregnancy, Postpartum, Loss & Trauma Awareness
